This was an interesting day. I came to work and immediately Christian told me that we were covering a protest. We’ve been to a few protests in the past and they’ve been pretty small maybe a hundred, maybe 150. But after we rolled up to the Federal Building in Salt Lake City, we became aware of how big this protest was. This protest had hundreds of people. In our last protest this big, someone got shot right next to us, so we were definitely watching each other’s backs. We didn’t have any backup, and we covered the story.
