My Passionate Journey

I am Timothy Neeley, a combat veteran with a unique journey that has shaped my perspective and passion. I proudly served as a rifleman in the infantry, specifically with the 1/506 Able Company, during Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. This experience provided me with firsthand insights into the complexities and human stories behind military operations.

Following my military service, I pursued my passion for storytelling at the University of Utah, where I studied film with a focus on photojournalism. This educational background, combined with my military experience, has fueled my dedication to documenting and sharing military stories.

Today, I work for channel 2 as a photographer, where I combine my technical expertise with my storytelling abilities to capture compelling visual narratives. In this role, I have the opportunity to document important events and stories, bringing them to life through the power of visual media.
